*If you do not reach the Platinum minimum purchase limit of £1,500 you will be listed as a Silver Member in our system in the following year. Of course you can continue to benefit from all the advantages of a club membership in silver status.

***The first battery change 2 years after the purchase of your THOMAS-SABO watch is free for THOMAS SABO Customer Club members. Please note that the watch can only be submitted for a battery change at one of our THOMAS SABO shops or by sending it to our THOMAS SABO in-house repair service.

*****You have a warranty on your THOMAS SABO jewellery item that covers defective material and workmanship for two years from the day of purchase. If possible, defective THOMAS SABO jewellery items that are not under warranty will be repaired for you at a charge at the discretion of THOMAS SABO GmbH & Co. KG. Please note that we can only provide the repair service if it is possible to return the product to its original perfect condition, all required spare parts for the repair are available and you have not made any attempt to repair the article yourself.
