Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped, pending payment authorization and verification. Orders are processed Monday-Friday only (excluding major US holidays). Please note our couriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.



Shipping

USA

Free ground shipping on orders $50 and above

  • UPS Ground: 2-5 business days - $8
  • UPS Ground with Signature Requirement: 2-5 business days - $10
  • UPS Overnight: 1-2 business days - $28

Alaska & Hawaii*

  • UPS Ground: 5-7 business days - $25

*Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

 

Canada

Free ground shipping on orders CA$300 and above

  • DHL Standard: 3-10 business days - CA$25

Sales Taxes and Duties


USA

All orders shipped to the states of Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin are subject to state sales tax. All other states are tax free.


Canada

Orders to Canada are shipped* on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are included in the final price. Orders to Canada will not be subject to any import duties and taxes.


We do not ship to the following provinces & territories in Canada: Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon.


*Global-E will act as the seller of record for orders shipping to Canada. Global-E is an international fulfilment service provider to Carhartt WIP. These orders will be subject to Global-E Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy which will be presented to you at checkout.
