Really impressed
It’s a fabulous hotel and with exemplary service. We had an issue with our room and they could not have dealt with it better. I can recommend the spa, and the restaurant for evening meal. There was one down side and that was at breakfast. We order tea on arrival and you’re lucky to get it within 10 minutes. All they do is give you a cup of boiling water and a tea bag! I’d often nearly finished breakfast time I got it. That apart great hotel.

Fab family hotel
Great family hotel. Wonderful facilities for kids. Good variety of activities or just chill by the pool. 5 minute walk to beach. Love the mall at the front for ice cream. Spa very nice & lovely treatment. Would return with grandkids. ,,.....,

Massage at spa
I saw Ode for a massage and it was so great! The perfect amount of pressure for a relaxing but rejuvenating massage. Such a beautiful place with beautiful people. Started and finished with all of the Balinese customs. The perfect place for children and parents.

I enjoy the spa treatement..the ambience is nice, their service & hospitality is great..give me a relax & comfort feeling after the spa..very recommended fot others to alse enjoy the spa from this hotel.. Thank u for adela for your service..hopefully i can come back again

thank you mbak diari for your treatment.. you did well treatment 🫶🏻 the place was so comfortable.. the staff friendly and very kind.. i recommended two oil for the massage lavender,lemongrass but i use lavender oil,i need more relaxation
