SCRATCH CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS – DUNE LONDON MANCHESTER ARNDALE

    By participating in the scratch card promotion, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  1. “The Promoter” is Dune Group Limited (registered company number 02127866) with registered office at 4th Floor, the White Building, 11 Evesham Street, London W11 4AJ.
  2. This promotion excludes employees of the Promoter.
  3. The scratch-cards will be dispersed into the public at random in the nearby area. No purchase is necessary to receive a scratch-card.
  4. By participating in the scratch-card promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. You will be deemed to have entered by scratching the scratch field on the scratch card and presenting the card in store in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  5. This promotion will run between the period of Thursday 2nd May 2024 until Sunday 2nd June 2024 (the “end date”). The “end date” is the final day you will be able to redeem any prize/monetary voucher. Any scratch cards presented after the “end date” will not be accepted.
  6. There is one prize and three monetary vouchers available through the scratch cards which may be redeemed/used in the Dune London Manchester Arndale store only (Dune London, Lower Mall, Manchester Arndale, Manchester M4 3AQ) (the “Manchester Arndale store”). The prize, a “free gift”, is the choice of a card holder or Dune branded water bottle, receivable without a purchase. The monetary vouchers amount to £5, £10, or £15 off any purchase made in the Manchester Arndale store until Sunday 2nd June 2024.
  7. One monetary voucher will be applied per transaction, and scratch cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
  8. The free gift cannot be returned for an exchange or for cash value.
  9. Prizes are subject to availability. The scratch cards and prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and there are no cash alternatives.
  10. In the event that the prize is out of stock, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another item, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  11. All scratch cards must be redeemed in the Manchester Arndale store. It is not possible to redeem scratch cards in another Dune London store or online at the website dunelondon.com or any other distribution channel.
  12. Scratch cards are only valid for single use. Only original scratch cards will be accepted and the Promoter, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude anyone from participating or from claiming a prize or discount should they suspect, acting reasonably, that the scratch card is not an original.
  13. The Promoter and its employees and directors will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize or redeeming a discount expect for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  14. On receipt of the prize, the scratch card must be surrendered in store to a Dune employee who will dispose of the card.
  15. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

  2. This applies to the ladies, specifically bridal, ivory shoe range only.
  3. Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 working days with the usual charge of £3.99. However, aforementioned selected products from The Wedding Collection once in the basket will automatically qualify for Free Standard UK Delivery.
