Shipping policy
- Shipping Time: Most items are estimated to ship within 2-4 business days.If there is a shortage of products, we will contact you to arrange delayed delivery or refund.
- Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Business days：Monday – Friday.
- Currently sales are only for the U.S. market,Orders outside the U.S. are not accepted.
- All orders will be shipped in time, but due to regional reasons, the output time of the waybill number is uncertain. Once the waybill number is available, we will enter it and send an email to notify you. If there is any situation that cannot be delivered in time, we will contact you as soon as possible.
- Free Shipping：LUTEC offers free Standard Shipping within the U.S. (no code required） using Amazon Logistics,UPS or USPS (Standard 3-5 busienss day shipping as default)
- For the Canadian market：LUTEC can provide free shipping but customer need to pay the tax, duty, and custom clearance fee.Reminder: Refer to the tax regulations of different regions.
