Refund policy

We really hope you and your four-legged friend love our products as much as we do, but if you're not 100% satisfied then we will be more than happy to offer a refund. You will have 30 days from the delivery date to return your order.


To be eligible, product(s) must be in the condition you received them, unused and free from pet hair, with tags on and in the original packaging. When trying on items, we recommend doing so indoors, making sure your dog is clean and dry.

Please note, items purchased from our Clearance section are not eligible for a refund. Instead, a gift card will be issued to your email address.

To return, you can either pay to send your item(s) back to our HQ, or you can use our Royal Mail Tracked Returns portal to generate a label and have it collected from your home (UK customers only). For this method we will deduct £3.50 from your return.

To return your item(s)

  • Package your items securely, making sure you’ve included your completed return slip inside (please use a postage bag if your original packaging is damaged)
  • UK Returns can be sent back via our Royal Mail Tracked Returns portal - you will need your order number and the email used to place the order. After submitting your details a label will be produced, you can then either book a collection for the item to be picked up, print the label at home or use the QR code to have the label printed at the Post Office. A fee of £3.50 will be deducted from your return for use of this label.
    • Alternatively, if you would prefer to use a different service or you are returning from a different country, please post your item(s) back to the following address: Returns at Barc London, 15 Reindeer Court, Mealcheapen Street, Worcester, WR1 2DS
    • We advise using a tracked service and please always keep hold of your proof of postage until the refund has been processed - we cannot be held responsible if the item(s) go missing on the return journey.
  • Once we’ve received your item(s) back at HQ a refund will be processed (we aim to do this within 5 working days of receival).
    • If there are any issues with your return, our customer service team will reach out to discuss the next steps. Please note, if an item is returned that doesn’t meet the eligibility, we will not be able to process a refund and will return the item(s) to you. You will be responsible for the return cost of sending this item back to you.
    • If we receive your item(s) outside of the 30 day return window our customer service team will reach out to discuss options

Faulty/damaged items.

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives faulty/damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please let us know immediately, with photographic evidence, so we can rectify.

All of our items, excluding the Play and Groom range (dog toys, and grooming products) come with a 6 months manufacturing guarantee.

Non-returnable items.

Please note that, due to the nature of the product toys and all items from our grooming range are non refundable.

Items purchased from our Clearance section are not eligible for a refund. Instead, a gift card will be issued to your email address.


Exchanges.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. Please feel free to return any unwanted items and make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

Refunds.

If approved, your refund will be refunded on your original payment method, minus £3.50 for the Tracked 48 Returns label if it was used.

Unless an item is deemed faulty/damaged (we must be notified of this immediately), original postage costs will not be refunded. If you qualify for free UK delivery on your order but decide to return it in full, £4.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial delivery fee.

If you are returning your order and it arrived with a free gift, this must also be returned. If it is not returned, we may have to deduct the cost of the gift from your refund.


International Returns.

Please ensure all related fees have been paid.
