For products shipping from the UAE :
- Tracked Delivery (delivered within 2-3 working days): 75 AEDor FREEfor orders over 250 AED.
For products shipped from the UK:
- Express Delivery (delivered within 1-2 working days from dispatch): 100 AED or FREEfor orders over 750 AED.
- Tracked Delivery (delivered within 2-8 working days from dispatch): 75 AED or FREEfor orders over 250 AED.
Please note, for high value orders (goods valued over 976 AED), KSA Customs requires additional consignee details for clearance. These include the consignee's First, Middle, and Last Name, Date of Birth (Day - Month - Year), and ID or Iqama Expiration Date (Day - Month - Year). Our local team in Saudi Arabia will contact you to obtain these details. We kindly request your cooperation to prevent any delays in clearance.
Customers are responsible for their own customs charges (payable in cash at delivery) when the value of your purchase is above 976 AED and is approximately 15% for import tax and 5% for duties of the invoice value. These charges are not included in the invoice payment to LOOKFANTASTIC. Import tax is calculated on the duty inclusive amount.
