The tour was very well organised. We could not have asked for a better guide, Bau. He was very informative, pleasant and helpful. Everything went like clockwork. There were no delays, everyone in the group played their part well too. I requested for a change in the hotel before the trip, and it was arranged accordingly. Will definitely book with Hoi An Express on my next trip there.

It was excellent to be picked up and returned to the airport, even on a day different than part of the package. The first day was really interesting and the guide super charming, trustworthy and humble. He even helped me get money exchanged. On the second day, it was also nice to go to the Mekong Delta and be treated like a VIP as there were no other tourists with us that day.
