Primary360 offers convenient access to high-quality primary care that revolves around you—your lifestyle, your needs and your health. It starts with you selecting a primary care provider (PCP) and building an ongoing relationship with a dedicated Care Team that gets to know you as a person. From the annual checkup and ongoing wellness needs to managing chronic conditions and more complex challenges, eligible adults have access to trusted medical care and personalized support.

Eligible adults—ages 18 years and older—can use Primary360. Primary360 is ideal for those who don't currently have a primary care provider or who see their primary care provider less often than they should.

Our primary care providers (PCPs) are board-certified in family practice, internal medicine and related specialties, and have specific experience building relationships with patients in a primary care setting.

You will also have access to an experienced Care Team of registered nurses, medical assistants and Care Coordinators who provide additional support and coordinate your virtual and in-person care throughout your care journey.

In this first appointment, expect to spend time with your chosen primary care provider discussing your family and personal medical history, risk factors, medications and health challenges. Together, you and your primary care provider will define health goals and identify the tools needed to succeed. As a follow-up, relevant lab or diagnostic tests may be needed. Your Care Team can help schedule these services, and test results will be presented on your Teladoc Care Team Messages page. Your primary care provider will follow up to discuss results after testing is complete. After your visit, your primary care provider and Care Team will create a personalized care plan that will always be accessible through your Teladoc account.

Prior to your visit, we'll send you a blood pressure monitor straight to your home, at no cost to you*. That allows you to easily record your blood pressure and review the results with your primary care provider (PCP) during your visit. Your PCP will also review the information you provided on your Primary360 Assessment prior to your appointment.

During the visit, they will assess your body mass index by reviewing your height and weight, go over your blood pressure results and dive into more details about your family and personal medical history to assess your health. Video visits are preferred and recommended. You will also be able to upload photos of anything you'd like your PCP to specifically look at. Your PCP will order labs and screenings if needed, and your dedicated Care Team will work with you to find in-network labs or specialists.

With Primary360, Care Team members are ready to help you every step of the way. At the core of your care is your visit with your doctor, but your Care Team is here to help you check your vitals, coordinate lab and imaging orders, assist with referrals to specialists and answer questions. They're like the staff in a doctor's office, but offer personalized support when and where it's most convenient for you.

Yes. Our primary care providers (PCPs) can start new medications when necessary and appropriate and can prescribe refills for maintenance medications for an entire year. We do not prescribe opioids, narcotics and other DEA-controlled substances.

Your primary care provider can order lab work, imaging studies, referrals, vaccinations and even devices that allow remote monitoring. Your Care Team will help you connect to an in-network lab or specialist, and your primary care provider will follow up to discuss results after testing or imaging is complete.
