Great price for amazing attractions. Have used it every time friends and family visit from outside the country. Love it! Worth it for those travelling on a budget
I don't usually buy passes like this because usually you're paying for things you don't really want to do. And as a backpacker every dollar counts! However, I had planned on visiting the Toronto Zoo, the CN Tower and The Royal Ontario Museum and those three alone would have been worth more than the cost of the CityPASS.

Great package and value
We bought the CityPass tickets online and saw CN tower and ROM friday afternoon
Saturday we took the tickets for hop on hop off. We booked a 2 pm boat ride because it required reservation .Hop on Hopoff was the most unorganized operator...2 hour took 4 hours ...so our 2 pm boat ride got pushed to 3.30...with no time left for Casa Loma or anything else. Then they suggested get a refund from you guys...

Great idea for a Weekend Trip
My girlfriend and I went up to Toronto and she wanted to see a lot of museums. The City Pass made it really convenient to do a lot of the sightseeing we wanted to do. We didn't get to see everything but it was worth the ticket price for the convenience. The Zoo, CN Tower, and Royal Ontatio Museum were great!

Loved CityPass!
CityPass was recommended to me by a co-worker. I was skeptical at first but I purchased it and am really happy I did. It is really convenient, very reasonably priced with great customer service. I had a City Cruise scheduled and missed it because I went to the wrong location. I contacted CityPass customer service and they changed my booking with no issue. I was very happy.

There was an incident at the parking gate of Casa Loma. I paid the parking ticket with my visa... but the gate did not open. However, I could see on my cell phone, that it was charged on my credit card...... but people (a man and a woman) at the gate wanted me to pay another time... pretending that I was not charged (although I could see on my account-live) I was stuck there for 15 minutes, pressured hard by these people to pay a second time... They eventually let me in.... claiming that they were making me a favor ! The attitude of the people at the gate was disrespectful. I confirm that the parking was indeed charged on my credit card.
The rest of my trip with city pass was perfect.
