In this case we have the 480XC - an electric guitar that combinest the playability and electronics of their iconic instruments, with the body of the equally-iconic 4003 bass!

Premium Construction
The stunning solid body of the 480XC is reminiscent of Rickenbacker's legendary 4003 bass guitar, and is crafted here with two solid Maple wings and a Maple Neck-Thru construction.
These construction choices result in a balanced and articulate voice, with plenty of ringing natural sustain that perfectly compliments the two Hot Toaster pickups.
In addition to this, binding to the body and neck along with Crushed Pearl fret markers compliment the guitar's finish for an eye-catching, vintage-style appeal.
Hot-Sounding Pickups
Powering the voice on this guitar is a pair of Hot Toaster single coil pickups, sitting at the neck and bridge positions respectively.
Despite being single coil in nature, these pickups deliver a thick, high-output RIC-style sound, that's ideal for for biting rhythms and searing melodies.
