Customer service sent me out the proper piece pretty fast. So I bumped it up from a 3 to a 4 star. Would give 5 star if offered other shipping services like UPS or FEDEX. Thanks for the great customer service and a great product which is the POTV Lobo. I do recommend this product as it is a fair price and great quality.

This was my first time buying from this site hoping for a great experience. Now I am a little down once I opened the new package containing that awesome looking POTV Lobo, don't get me wrong the Lobo is a great product, however I knocked a star for not getting the right color blue glass globe instead they gave me black. Then I see they only offer basic USPS shipping service and let's just say in rural America is a nightmare to deal with. UPS or FEDEX are way better. So I knocked a star for that. I would have given a 5 ⭐️ instead of a 3⭐️. I give it a 4⭐️ if they send that blue glass out the door. Like I said the lobo is great, it vapes flawlessly and made of solid material, definitely do recommend.
