Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

All available orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, within 24hrs, Monday to Friday.

All our UK orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked services.

  • UK 24 Tracked delivery –  1-2 days
  • UK 48 Tracked Economy delivery –  can take 5-6 working days
  • UK Next Day delivery – arrives next working day by 9pm
  • European delivery –  5-10 working days
  • Rest of the World delivery – 7-14 working days (can take up to 21 working days depending on the country)

Please allow extra time for delivery during busy periods like Christmas

Delivering Back Ordered Stock

Ordering and delivering an item which is not in stock.

If you order an item marked as 'can be ordered' this item will be placed on back order and we will dispatch as soon as the item becomes available.

We will only take payment for your order on dispatch, therefore we recommend that you place your order in good time to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible once they have become available.

All our most popular brands are kept in stock so if you require an item quickly we recommend you choose an alternate item, please do not hesitate to ring for help with this. We will keep you updated on the progress of the back ordered items and deliver the back ordered items as soon as they arrive.

  • UK Next day – £10.00
  • Europe – £10.00
  • Rest of World – £15.00

UK Next Day £10 Delivery

For a charge of £10.00 we can send your order to you by Special Delivery Next Day (UK only) which is guaranteed to get to you on the following working day by 9pm. Please order before 3:30pm so that we can get your order ready to send by Special Delivery. Orders placed after 3:30pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 3:30pm on Friday will be dispatched on Monday. To be sure of stock availability please call us.

Customs Charges

Non-UK customers are VAT excluded so you pay the tax and custom charges in your own country upon delivery.

All costs (including insurance charges and customs duty) are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any queries regarding customs charges you will need to speak to your local customs office.
