When our CX program matured, it was natural to migrate to Qualtrics. The transition was completely seamless, and now we can send more targeted surveys for even richer insights on how to improve our in-app experience.

Frequently asked questions

  • Plans are priced according to how many people you connect with per month as well as certain feature allowances. We can accommodate businesses of all sizes. If you don’t see a plan that fits your needs, please get in touch.

  • Users are defined as any person in your organization, or to whom you extend access, who is able to log into your Delighted account. You can set various access levels (e.g. Standard, Admin) to ensure your team members only access features most pertinent to their use case.

  • If a customer responds to every question in your survey, that’s considered one response. If a customer responds to only 1 out of 15 questions in your survey, that’s also considered one response. In other words, any response, whether full or partial, is counted as one response towards your overall limit.

  • Response collection will be paused until you either (1) Upgrade or (2) Move into your next billing period.

  • Yes, we also offer the following plans:

    • – $44/mo with 500 responses and 3 users
    • – $71/mo with 1000 responses and 5 users

  • Yes you can! Seasonal businesses often need more response volume for a specific time of year. Whether you’re on an annual or monthly plan, you can easily increase your response volume for a specific time period.
