Boosted my morning, but also gave me chest pains

Hi, I’m Meg, and I’m a medical resident in the U.S. I used to rely on energy drinks, coffee, and caffeine tablets to wake me up in the morning or get me through a long day of studying, exams, and working hospital shifts. Early bird has changed my morning routine and energy for the day. The flavors are fine. I have noticed however since starting that my resting heart rate is elevated more than a traditional caffeine supplement and I have chest pains briefly about an hour or two after drinking it.

Big fan, but…

I kept getting pop ups for EarlyBird and wanted to try it but thought they only had the mimosa flavor and I’m not a fan of mimosas lol. When I came across the blue razz flavor I ordered it. I’m a HUGE fan of the blue razz flavor. Really do feel it gives me a nice pep in my step and doesn’t make me feel jittery or nauseous like energy drinks can. Then I came across their PM drink. Was excited cause I have a lot of trouble getting to sleep. I ordered it but never received it, sent an email but they said I needed to check with mailing. I did and still nothing. Sucks because it was SO expensive but I ended up taking it as a loss. Then came across the Miami Vice flavor. Not a fan at all. Tastes SUPER artificial. Have a really hard time getting it down and leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will continue to order from EarlyBird but will most likely stick to the blue razz flavor and hopefully they will be a better about making sure packages are actually getting to loyal customers. Over all I recommend the product and even gotten some friends on it.

Early Bird is my Morning Ritual

I am a mother of 2 boys and work 3 jobs (one of them funds EarlyBird). I was born with a blood disorder that leaves me tired all of the time. While I would not say Early Bird has changed that it does make me feel more alert in my morning to get through my day. I was never a coffee drinker so this was perfect for me to try. Also I drink it wrong but I love it...I fill up a 24 oz water bottle with my scoop and drink that...which helps me get my water in first thing in the morning to.
