Had a great two-night stay at the Olsen with my 12-year-old son. Nice touches around the place, like the pick 'n' mix lollies/candy in the lobby, made it feel really welcoming. In my experience, however, it is the staff who make a hotel and in this area the Olsen could not be faulted. From the staff at reception, through the lady in the restaurant to the guy who came in to restock the towels in the pool area, everybody was lovely.

Location was excellent, rooms were clean, compact and all you need. Perhaps the table and chairs in the rooms could be nicer (not plastic). Satff were very helpful.
