Hand-made in Devon by our expert pie-filling hunks and pasty crimpers, we post our pies, pasties and sausage rolls all over the UK. We use top-quality ingredients and never add any nasty additives. Choose a box of your favourites, or create a custom box with a mix of varieties, and we’ll send them out in chilled packaging that keeps them fresh for arrival at your door. Chunk of Devon had humble beginnings in the back of a butcher shop in Devon, and after taking over in 2006 Simon and Suzi have driven us to become one of the most awarded pasty and pie makers with our tasty creations delivered by post to a great many homes across the country. Our pasty has won 'Britain's Best Cornish Pasty' not once but twice - much to the delight of our Cornish competitors we're sure! Our factory is nestled away in Ottery St Mary in Devon and now has over 50 talented and passionate 'hunks' working to create increasingly mouthwatering pies and pasties.

Our chefs are always working on new and flavourful seasonal specials or expanding our gluten free and vegan/vegetarian ranges, with everything available online and delivered straight to your doorstep in the post. Suzi and Simon believe that flavour and carefully chosen ingredients are the key to success, and we aim to keep our pies, pasties and sausage rolls as natural as possible, using locally sourced ingredients as much as we possibly can.We’re incredibly proud of our products, and we can’t wait for you to... take a Chunk!

These delicious Veggie pasties are super popular

Ideal for that lunch time, when you've been busy decorating or gardening. Why not serve with some salad and a coleslaw for a satisfying evening meal.

West Country mature cheddar cheese, lightly roasted potato chunks, with some onions and a few herbs added in – a great and simple pasty. (We only use veg rennet in our cheese.)

INGREDIENTS: WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), extra mature Cheddar Cheese (13%) (MILK), swede, potato (SULPHITES), onion (13%), vegetable shortening (RSPO palm, rapeseed oil), water, wholemeal WHEAT flour, sea salt, glaze (water, rapeseed oil, sugar, cornflour, pea protein, starch), potato starch, rusk (GLUTEN), mixed herbs, black pepper, basil.

For Allergens including Wheat Gluten see ingredients in BOLD CAPITALS. Made in kitchens that may also handle mustard, sesame seed or nuts.

Ideal serving for 1 - but you could share...we'll leave that up to you! 😉

*Really not suitable for microwaves - the pastry will just go soggy - no one wants soggy bottoms!*

Ready to eat cold - but best heated in an oven for true pasty pleasure!

From Chilled: 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes.
From Frozen: 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas mark 5 for 40-50 minutes.

Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes - and enjoy.

These are a guideline as ovens do tend to differ - Yours may have different settings, so please adjust accordingly.

Storage: Keep in a fridge below 5°

Suitable for home freezing, defrost in fridge, heat thoroughly and enjoy within 3 days.

How to Get Our Sausage Rolls, Pasties & Pies Delivered

You can get our full range of sausage rolls, pasties and pies delivered by post to your front door ready to pop in the oven or freeze for a future meal. You can pick your favourite and order in a box of eight, of if you simply can’t decide then we have some curated boxes of flavours that work well together, plus some vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free boxes that you could treat like a taster pack!
