    • Campaign period is from 1 to 29 February 2024.
    • Valid only for new and approved applicants who sign up online via NTUC’s website routed from ZALORA’s website/app/social from 1 to 29 February 2023.
    • All new member(s) will be entitled to receive a sign-up gift upon payment of 3 month(s) of membership fees (non-refundable fees), activation of Credit/Debit Card Recurring (CCR) arrangement for future membership fee deduction, and approval of Membership application.
    • Member(s) must not terminate his/her Membership within 3 month(s) of payment of the membership fees.
    • Eligible members who sign up during the campaign period will receive $20 ZALORA gift cards.
    • Additionally, new members who are among the first 20 sign-ups during the campaign period will be eligible to receive an extra $20 ZALORA gift card, which is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. Gift cards will be given out to eligible new members on a first-come-first-serve basis, while stocks last.
    • Eligible members for the ZALORA gift cards will be notified via email to inform them on the unique gift code within 1 week from the campaign end date.
    • NTUC reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to replace the sign-up gifts at any time with one or more item(s) of equivalent value (such value to be determined by NTUC in its sole and absolute discretion) without having to give any prior notice or reason for such replacement. In the event of a dispute, NTUC's decision is final.
    • Union Membership is open to persons above 16 years of age with valid NRIC/FIN number, except personnel from Singapore Police Force, Singapore Prison Service, Civil Defence Force, Singapore Armed Forces, Narcotics Service or Auxiliary Police bodies (Certis Cisco, Aetos and SATS), and foreign domestic workers. Please note that the NTUC Union Membership fee is $117 per annum ($9 per month from Jan-Nov & $18 in Dec).
    • By signing up for the Membership, you are deemed to have consented to the above Terms and Conditions and NTUC's personal data protection policies.

    • Cashback is deposited into the customer’s account only after delivered orders are confirmed manually or the refund/exchange period has passed.
