How to Sell Your Laptop or Mobile Back to Us?

Step 1: Generating a Quote

  • Begin by selecting your device's category, brand/model, memory, and other relevant information using the form provided. You can fill out the form as a guest or log in as an account holder.
  • After completing the form, you'll receive an email with your quote and instructions on how to proceed, including a link to our partner website for Free Paperless return.

Step 2: Packaging and Shipping (Free Paperless Shipping)

  • Package your device securely for safe transportation.
  • Utilize our free paperless return option from collect+/Yodel by dropping off the package at the nearest drop-off point. Alternatively, you can use your own method of posting the item at your own cost.

Step 3: Confirmation and Inspection

  • Upon receiving your package, we'll promptly send you an email to confirm its safe arrival.
  • Following that, our tech team will inspect your device to ensure its condition and functionality align with the information provided in Step 1.

Step 4: Your Valuation

  • After inspecting your device, we'll email you the results, including details about the valuation. If there are no changes in the valuation, we'll automatically initiate the payment process.
  • If there's any change in the valuation after inspection, we will inform you along with the reasons. You'll have 14 days to decide whether to proceed or not. If you reject the new offer, we'll send your device back. If you're okay with it or don't reply within 14 days, we'll proceed with processing the payment. If you reject the valuation, we will return your item back to you free of charge.

Step 5: Payment Process

  • During the payment process, transactions are carried out based on the final valuation determined in step 4, and they adhere to the payment method selected by the customer during the form filling process in step 1.

Tips for Preparing Your Laptop/Mobile:

  • Back up any important files, photos, or data, as we securely data wipe all laptops upon arrival.
  • Completely remove any passwords from the laptop before sending it to us.
  • Ensure the laptop is securely and well-packaged to prevent damage.
  • In the unlikely event you need to contact us, make sure you have your Trade in-ID on hand.
