Shipping Policy

All shipping carriers have suspended service guarantees on their shipping methods due to COVID-19. We are working with our shipping partners to try to have as many packages arrive within the typical time frame, but no longer can honor any guarantees. If you need an in-stock item soon, you are still more likely to receive it faster by selecting a premium shipping option.

What are the details of Dvor's Shipping Offer?

Dvor provides fast, reliable Value Shipping to the contiguous 48 states, DC, and to all U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses for a Value Shipping fee of $9.99. In addition, once you've paid for our $9.99 Value Shipping, all regular* orders AFTER your first purchase of the day, up until 12 A.M. CST, qualify for FREE Value Shipping. In order to take advantage of this offer, please make sure to use the same billing and shipping addresses as well as the same shipping and payment methods for all of your orders.

*This offer doesn't apply to waitlist orders. Applicable shipping fees will be applied to each waitlist order when it is ready to ship.

Our Value Shipping method uses a variety of reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner. Once you place an order, the most efficient carrier is automatically selected based on the destination, size, and weight of your package.

Please note Dvor offers competitive shipping rates for all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands). To help minimize your shipping fees, all orders placed on the same day prior to 12 A.M. CST will ship together. For each new order, any additional shipping fee only serves to offset the cost of transporting the weight of the additional merchandise, helping to save you on shipping costs.

Dvor specializes in shipping internationally and aspires to make the process as simple as possible for our customers. Most of our products can be shipped to almost any destination worldwide.

For your convenience, Dvor also offers express shipping methods for qualifying domestic and international orders. Just select your preferred express shipping option at the time of check out. If express shipping methods are not available for selection, unfortunately your order doesn't qualify for expedited delivery.

During Checkout, delivery estimates are specified for each available express shipping method. These estimates do not include the day the order is picked up by the shipping carrier, and are listed in business days, which exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major Holidays.

All shipping options, including international, utilize a mix of reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered in secure manner within the promised timeframe. After the order is placed, the system automatically selects the most efficient shipping method based on destination, size, and weight.

Please note Dvor reserves the right to change the shipping method without notice, at no additional cost to you. The shipping method change may be needed to accommodate products' weight/dimensions and/or to improve speed/level of service to your specific destination.

Please make sure to check your local laws, rules and regulations in regards to all custom/brokerage fees, duties, taxes and restrictions imposed on goods imported into the country of destination as all fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient and not Dvor. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Each individual product page indicates the approximate time frame for your item to ship. We are constantly working with our vendors to find you the best bargains. While this results in fantastic prices, some items may take longer to ship than expected. Therefore, delivery commitments can vary across brand and product lines. Due to the additional processing time required for international orders, we may not be able to ship some items internationally within the specified time frame. Once your order ships, an email notification is automatically sent allowing you to track your package and to determine an estimated time of arrival.

While Dvor makes every effort to guarantee timely delivery on all orders, Dvor assumes no liability in cases where shipment is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Furthermore, Dvor assumes no liability when customers fail to properly communicate shipping information. Finally, guaranteed delivery does not apply when a package is delayed due to adverse weather conditions or other activity beyond our control. There are no credits issued if such activity or circumstances change the estimated arrival time of an order.

Promotional Free Shipping Policy

Must use code at checkout to redeem offer during the Free Shipping promotion period identified in the promotion. Limit one per customer. Receive FREE Value Shipping on qualifying orders to the contiguous 48 United States, DC, and U.S. Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Select items may not qualify for FREE Value Shipping, including but not limited to, items exceeding carrier weight and size restrictions. Non-qualifying items will be assessed as a shipping charge and may be transported via an alternative shipping method. Additional restrictions and exclusions apply.

For FREE Value Shipping, Dvor ships using our Value Shipping method which uses a variety of reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered in a timely and secure manner. Once an order is placed, the system automatically selects the most efficient shipping method based on destination, size, and weight of your package. It typically takes 5 to 10 business days to receive your order with our Value Shipping method; however, allow up to 14 business days for final delivery. Please note that order processing times are not included in delivery estimates.

For all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Minor Outlying Islands) and international addresses, Competitive Shipping charges will apply.

Please note that some items may not qualify for promotional FREE Value Shipping, including but not limited to, items exceeding carrier weight and size restrictions. Non-qualifying items will be assessed a shipping charge and may be transported via an alternative shipping method.

Customers will be notified when shipping charges apply prior to the fulfillment of an order. Please note, Dvor reserves the right to upgrade the selected shipping method on an order at no additional cost to you. In addition, there are no handling fees unless displayed on specific product pages. Items containing hazardous materials or requiring extra care are subject to special handling fees, change in shipping method, and possible exceptions to our Return Policy.


How do I track my order?

An automated email is sent with a tracking/delivery confirmation number upon shipment. In addition, you can always check your Dvor member page for the latest status of your order(s). Please note, for most orders, it might take up to 24-48 hours for the first scan to show up on the carrier's website.

What happens if my item arrived damaged or was lost?

Dvor partners with only the most reliable carriers and apologizes for any delays caused by lost or damaged packages. We immediately work on shipping errors with our carriers and most claims are resolved within two weeks from initiation to ensure that you are completely satisfied.

To investigate a potential shipping error, follow the appropriate procedure for the shipping method below:

Lost Packages

Contact us immediately if the tracking number has no scans for over 48 hours. In addition, Contact us to initiate a claim if tracking shows a package as delivered that is not in your possession. Each carrier has a unique process of claim handling and a set of timeframes that it follows. We will communicate all details to you via phone or email. Carriers also may conduct detailed investigations in cases of possible mail tampering and postal fraud. Full cooperation is imperative in order to quickly and effectively resolve such issues.

Upon a favorable claim Dvor may initiate a replacement order; an email will be sent to your account with the new tracking number once the product has left our warehouse. If an in-stock replacement item is requested prior to a claim resolution, your credit card will be billed and a refund is instituted once the lost claim is approved by the carrier.

Contact us immediately if the original shipment arrives prior to the resolution of the claim. If the original package arrives, at a future date after the delivery of the replacement, Contact us immediately for a pickup at our expense. Keeping this delivery will result in the customer being billed for both the original shipment and the replacement order.

Damaged Packages:

Upon receipt, please inspect the order for any evidence of damage and do not sign for a package without fully inspecting the contents. If there is visible damage to the box, the merchandise, or items are missing, kindly refuse the package.

Contact us immediately to initiate a claim if a package arrives damaged. Please provide the product number of the affected item(s), the nature of the damage (e.g. shattered, cracked, dented, item missing), and specific information about the condition of the box (e.g. re-taped, poked, contains a hole). If a package was partially accepted, please denote which item(s) were refused. Reseal the shipment and hold on to the original packaging materials for a possible inspection by the carrier. It is vital you hold onto the package for up to 30 days. Please do not send the damaged package back to Dvor as this will result in a denied claim and you will be responsible for all associated costs. If no inspection occurs, you can discard the shipment after the 30 days expire.

Each carrier has a unique process of claim handling and a set of timeframes that it follows. We will communicate all details to you via phone or email.
