Standard shipping is free to the lower 48 states. We also offer 3-Day, 2-Day or Next-Day shipping for a variety of products.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may incur additional shipping charges.
Canadian shipments may incur duties, taxes and brokerage fees after your order is confirmed. These fees are non-refundable and will not be reflected in your order total.

General Shipping Information
We offer standard free shipping every day on orders over $45 when shipping to the lower 48 states.
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout. Orders under $45 ship for only $5.95 to most destinations within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada may incur an additional fee, depending on the items ordered. With the exception of Canada, we do not currently ship to international locations.
We typically ship products within 1–2 business days from when you place your order. Every product on our site has an estimated lead time—the number of business days it takes for an item to be processed and prepared for shipment. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on select products.

How We Ship
We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers. Sylvane will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. In most cases, you will receive your product within 5-7 business days using ground delivery.
Expedited Shipping
We offer Next-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping for most products.
P.O. Box Shipping
We cannot ship any of our products to a P.O. Box.
Freight Shipping
Some orders are shipped via freight carriers. If your order is fulfilled using freight shipping, you'll receive an email from us with details on the shipment. You can also see our freight shipping tips below.

Pre-Order Process
When a product is on pre-order, it means the product is on its way to one of Sylvane’s warehouses. Customer pre-orders are filled as soon as inventory arrives on a first-come, first-served basis. If you order an item on pre-order, you'll receive an email confirmation and tracking information when the product ships.
The way you're charged for a pre-order depends on the payment method you use:
- Credit Card: Your card won't be charged until your item ships, but we'll conduct an authorization (which will hold funds on your card for future charging).
- PayPal: Your account will be charged at the time of purchase.
- Debit Card: A pending authorization will be visible on your records. This may result in your bank deducting funds from your account at the time you pre-order.
Shipping Delays
We will notify you via email if your order is unexpectedly delayed. We will send an email that will indicate a new ship date for your order.
As an added measure of protection for our customers, some orders may be sent to our customer verification system. If this occurs, you will be notified via email to call us at 1 (800) 934-9194 within 72 hours. If you do not contact us within 72 hours, we will cancel your order and promptly issue you a full refund. As soon as your order has been verified, it will ship according to the timeframe indicated on the product page. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn more about our customer verification process.
Expedited Shipping
We offer 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next-Day shipping for a variety of our products. During the checkout process, all products that are qualified for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed so that you can choose the best option for your shipment.
Please be aware that the shipping options refer to the transit time only and require additional time for processing your order. In addition, expedited shipping does not deliver on weekends. Please see the shipping chart below for estimated delivery times.

How much is expedited shipping?
We calculate your expedited shipping fees based on the following factors: destination, size, and weight. If expedited shipping for a product is available, a list of shipping options will appear along with the shipping rates during checkout.
Expedited Shipping Exceptions?
Some items are unable to be expedited due to the size of the item and/or destination. Some orders may ship from a third party and require a longer delivery time.
Shipping to Canada
If you place an order to be shipped to Canada, you will incur duties, taxes, and brokerage fees after your order is confirmed; these fees are non-refundable.
Guaranteed Shipping
Our Guaranteed Shipping program was designed to take the guesswork out of shipping details. When a guaranteed ship date is displayed on a product page, we will prioritize your order to ensure that it ships by the date shown. Holidays, weekends, and many other obstacles have been built into our Guaranteed Shipping program to ensure accuracy of date prediction. Unfortunately, not all obstacles can be prevented. The following are examples of situations that may affect your guaranteed ship date:
- The product is on backorder.
- Information necessary to process and fulfill the order was not provided.
- Natural disasters/inclement weather conditions that prevent our shipping capabilities.
Can I make changes to my order or shipping address after it is submitted?
We cannot edit an order or shipping address after the order is submitted. You may cancel the order within 15 minutes of placing it and replace it with the correct information.
If your item has shipped and you need an address correction, we recommend using a carrier-provided service like FedEx Delivery Manager to update your address or making delivery arrangements directly through the carrier.
